Improve customer relations through changes in the information system.
The system is a key tool for the sales team’s daily work. In fact, we created a completely new solution for them – a so-called Activity Sheet. Thanks to the system, traders see in a single screenshot all important information about their clients (all types of standard and special activities). The Roadshows Module helps with planning and management of business trips and series of meetings.
The CRM system was afterwards integrated with MS Exchange. The standard data model was expanded to include information that is not usually available (i.e. traded companies, countries, industry sectors). We also edited a number of existing templates.
The new system serves primarily for planning and managing business activities with clients. Users have at their disposal a modern user interface that gives a 360° view of customers and planned activities.
